Morning Factory
Dazin'

2020Vision unveil a special doublepack vinyl introduction to new signings Morning Factory with ‘Dazin’ EP.

Naming yourselves after a Ron Trent & Chez Damier track is a pretty strong statement of intent and you have to have the talent to match. Luckily these two guys from The Netherlands can walk the walk, as this doublepack release proves, sweetly harking back to the golden era of deep house.

The four tracks are all linked by their deep and grooving atmospheric.  From the deep slow Detroit sound of ‘Dedication’, to the hypnotic drum workout of ‘Btraxx’, to the bolshie ‘Bouncing Moog’ and the infectious lead track ‘dazin’.

Previously releasing on Yore Records, Morning Factory are new kids on the techno block but they are already making a strong mark. With features in Debug and receiving ‘House Tune of the month’ for their debut release, their first EP was charted by a broad range of DJs, from Koze to DJ T, Matthias Tanzmann, to Deetron and 2020’s own Ralph Lawson liked it so much he snapped up the next package for release.

Starting their musical lives working in a record shop in the early 90's, Morning Factory’s life was all (and actually still is) about collecting records. In the mid 90s they hosted parties with a diverse spectrum and long list of, in those days relatively unknown, artists like Carl Craig, Charles Webster, Anthony Rother, Dave Clarke, and The Glimmers.

Spending the past five years concentrating on becoming familiar with their machines, Morning Factory now have forthcoming releases on Catz 'n Dogz label and Fina - who will house their more slo-mo material. Morning Factory are clearly two guys with an open mind, a deeply rooted passion for (quality) electronic music, a lust for life and a positive attitude, who we can expect a lot more from in the future.
