La Vie En Rose are proud to present rising talents Rafael Murillo and Vincent Vidal. Title track ‘Background’ also features the sensational voice of dOP’s Jaw with a killer remix from Alexkid on the vinyl release and a further two remixes released digiitally from Woman (Terence: Terry and USH) and Hanfry Martinez.

Rafael Murillo and Vincent Vidal are the Parisian duo PLAyREC, but for this next release on La Vie En Rose the two have separated to produce their own original tracks each with heavily satisfying results. 

Kicking things off with a dramatic intro is Rafael with ‘Background’. The intensley powerful bass drops with deep underlying drive and seriously sharp kicks to add extra momentum. Warm, rounded keys erratically jump in while harsh cosmic noises shoot through the layers of deep and delicious grooves. The vocal from dOP’s Jaw is played to with maximum effect making this a heavy duty weapon set to cause destruction on the dance floor.

Vincent Vidal’s ‘Backside’ is next on the A side filled with soaring and stabbing synths, pacey hi hats and a deep pumping bass line. Peak time club material with a real techy edge, this is a sonic driver that will blow your mind.

The package also features three remixes of ‘Background’ each offering a diverse interpretation of the original. First class DJ and producer, Alexkid’s remix is a super sleek roller with a solid dance floor feel. Woman are up next with their digital only remix. Woman is the dream team of label boss Terence: Terry and USH who are no strangers in the La Vie En Rose camp. Their remix is filled with stripped back percussion and prominent vocals which develop into a blissful synth affair with a soulful and emotive edge. Gran Canerian foreunner Hanfry Martinez rounds of this golden package with another digital only remix. Pumping bass, raw mekanik kicks, spacey electronic keys and added  vocals make this fresh version a garunteed hit.
